Sydney Sweeney has passed the breast test with flying colours.

The well-endowed A-list celebrity was asked about her breasts during a Vanity Fair’s lie detector test segment, which was shared via YouTube.

The 28-year-old, hooked up to a polygraph machine, was questioned by Amanda Seyfried, her The Housemaid co-star, about her large breasts.

“There’s been a question on everyone’s mind recently, and I just have to ask. Are your boobs real?” Seyfried asked.

Sweeney responded with a “Yes!” while laughing.

The 40-year-old Seyfried then pressed the actress on the subject, asking if she has “ever had any work done on them.”

To which Sweeney responded: “No, I’ve never gotten any work done anywhere.

That’s when the test administrator chimed in to confirm her response was “truthful,” per the polygraph.

Seyfried then asked Sweeney if she could “touch” her breasts, to which Sweeney replies, “Sure.”

Actress said she once considered having work done

In December 2024, Sweeney told Glamour UK that she once considered having work done on her breasts.

“When I was in high school, I used to feel uncomfortable about how big my boobs were,” she said, per US Weekly. “I used to say that when I turned 18, I was going to get a boob job to make them smaller.”

The Euphoria star said her mom, Lisa Sweeney, ultimately talked her out of getting a breast reduction.

“My mom told me, ‘Don’t do it. You’ll regret it in college,’” she said. “And I’m so glad I didn’t. I like them. They’re my best friends.”

Sweeney’s sit-down with Vanity Fair for its lie-detector segment coincided with her promotion of The Housemaid.

The actress also told Allure in a new interview that she has never had plastic surgery.

“Let’s debunk them all. I mean, I have never gotten work done,” Sweeney said in a video alongside Seyfried in which she selected a “beauty rumour” she wanted to debunk.

“I am so scared of needles, you have no idea,” she added.

Sweeney also addressed people who try to analyze photos of her from when she was young alongside pictures of how she looks today.

No comparing

“You cannot compare a photo of me from when I was 12 to a photo of me at 26 with professional makeup and lighting,” the Christy star said. “Of course I’m going to look different … Everybody on social media’s insane.”

Back in October, Sweeney told Variety that she plans to “age gracefully.”

“I’ve never gotten anything done. I’m absolutely terrified of needles. No tattoos. Nothing,” she explained. “I’m going to age gracefully … It’s really funny. I’ll see things online like ‘comparison pictures.’ I’m like, ‘I’m 12 in that photo. Of course I’m going to look different. I have makeup on now and I’m 15 years older.’”
