Heyy guys some I’m need some advice I’m wanting to loose weight and wanted get some at home workout ideas I can’t go to the gym I workout a good amount and I’ve started working on my diet and I have lost some weight but know I’m stuck and am not making a lot progress I want loose weight in general ans speficly in my stomach and arms but like I said limited on what equipment I have access to like very little🥹🥲My goal loose about 10 to maybe 15 pounds I’m kinda at the not fat but not skinny either and I wanna do this for myself yk ALSO I aint posting this for any weird a** comment I need honest advice on what do reach my goal SO PLEASE DO NOT!!!Anyway thanks in advance for the advice have a great day everyone!
